It's important to get your eyes tested regularly, as repeated computer use can make them deteriorate quicker than you think. Sure, the puff of air test isn't pleasant, but it is necessary, so grit your teeth ands get it over with. However, a new salon in Knightsbridge has decided to make the standard eye exam more of a pleasant experience, and this isn't by staffing the clinic with George Clooney lookalikes.
They're currently offering every Kiss and Makeup the reader a FREE FACIAL with every eye test- read on for how to get this deal.

I'm a big sucker for exercise that doesn't feel like work, and I'll take a Body Pump class over a run outside any day. I was invited down to the
Ten Pilates studio in Mayfair to try their Beginners class, and was looking forward to getting in shape the same way as Madonna and the Notting Hill set. Dynamic Pilates has long since been a hit with the A-list crowd, but with more studios opening up, it's becoming an activity that's open to anyone.
Clad in leggings and clutching my water I headed to the studio, located in the Matt Roberts Gym. The room was bright and airy and contained the Reformer beds, which looked impressively complicated, with all sorts of wires and loops dangling from them. There were only six beds in the room, which meant you got a lot of personal attention from the trainer.

The geniuses behind your favorite labels are not always the stylish, pulled-together looking individuals you might expect from their beautiful designs. But Rachel Roy is everything you'd look for in the woman who designs pretty, modern clothing.
So naturally we're very interested in her beauty secrets! Especially this unconventional one: "I don't put much in my hair so it doesn't dry it out but when I do an updo, bun or ponytail I use Nivea hand cream. It's also my favorite lotion as well."
Keep reading for more of Rachel's tips and faves.

There's little more magical and old-Hollywood than The Wizard of Oz. And glittery glam nail polish is just what the holiday season calls for. China Glaze must agree, as they've rereleased their Wizard of Ohh Ahz Collection from 2001 for Christmas 2009. The color above is fittingly named Ruby Pumps. Other colors in the collection include The Ten Man (silver frost with silver glitter), Cowardly Lyin' (metallic gold), Good Witch (pink frost with pink glitter), C-C-Courage (purple frost with purple glitter) and Dorothy Who? (blue with lots of blue and silver glitter).
The consensus seems to be that these polishes are good for some sparkle, but it's not like crazy glittery. It's also been pointed out that it seems weird not to have a green color inspired by the Emerald City. Other than the ruby slippers that's the most iconic color memory of the film!

The search for that beauty product to rule them all is an ongoing quest, with every new mascara an adventure in longer lashes and extra curl. Be it a beautiful palette, a wrinkle reducing face-mask or the prettiest powder around, I'm constantly on a quest for wonder products, whilst enjoying the ride.
A new website has launched to make your beauty purchases a little easier, aggregating products from across the web and allowing you to get the best price for that pout-enhancing lippie. We've seen services like this with Amazon and Google Price search, but there has never been a dedicated portal for beauty like this before. The Beauty Quest site is well designed in deep shades of pink and black and extremely easy to navigate.

Unless you're extremely ticklish or plagued by eczema head to foot, you've probably enjoyed a massage before. The feeling of lying down on a bed, baring your shoulders and letting the world slowly disappear can't be beaten, but often we're too time poor to manage to schedule one in.
When attending an event recently I noticed a selection of massage chairs set up in the corner of the room and was introduced to the mobile massage service that is Return 2 Glory. They specialize in being flexible, and working around your arrangements, whether that's setting up a temporary chair in your office, or visiting you at home.

I've been a devotee of GHD for many, many years, and though I've dabbled with other brands (Babyliss really excel in the straightening department) I've always returned to my trusty GHD's eventually. It takes a lot to tempt me away from this tried and tested tool, but somehow Cloud Nine managed it.
They haven't completely replaced GHD in my heart, but the fact that I turned to them ABOVE my GHD's for an important night out surely says something?
