Why are the things I love the most always limited edition? The thing is, I don’t think I would have bought any of these shades separately, but together, they work so well. I’m still experimenting, but my favourite combination so far is the green shade washed across lids, a little smudge of the blue around the outer edges of my lids, and the purpley brown shade on the bottom left of the palette (used wet) to line my upper lids and half of my lower lids. It looks smouldering but somehow still light and summery…
No7 eye shadows have always served me well, and the variety of shades and the handy little brush enclosed in this palette means you’d have enough shades for a short holiday. I'm not convinced by the applicators enclosed in a lot of products, but this one seems to work pretty well, one end as a shadow brush and the other as a liner brush. The fact that you can use them dry (as a subtle wash) or wet (for stronger colour and liner) means that this palette is extra versatile.
