Rimmel’s new Full Volume Liquid Lip Colour claims to plump up your lips by 40%, providing you with a collagen effect without the needle. Like Lipcote, it’s supposed to tingle so you know it’s working. There was a little tingle, but nothing of Lipcote proportions. The result? My lips look a little tiny bit bee stung, but not enough to snare Brad Pitt!
