Yon Ka is yet another skin care range made with nothing but nothing but plants. They must be doing something right, as their celebrity following is pages long. There could be a reason that celebs are the ones showing this stuff so much love - it's pricey, their lip balm costs £17, while their eye make up remover is £20.
Yon Ka claims their stuff works so well because it uses the whole of the plant, and is based on the practice of 'phytobiointegrity' - a word I was so convinced they made up, I googled it and only Yon-Ka related stuff came up - gotcha.
Despite the high prices and the made up jargon (which let's face it, is par for the course with skin care products) I do like the sound of their specialty cremes. With names like Gommage 303 (£26) and Phyto 58 (£32), they aim to treat a range of skin complaints from irritated sensitive skin to enlarged pores - and with so many glowing reviews, they can't all be wrong.
