Yes it is available in the UK, Boots are listed as a stockist, they don't have this product on their website but it might be available in their larger stores.
It was featured in the Times and they suggest calling 0845 070 8090 to put your name on the list. (I have a feeling this might be hard to find!)
I also found the product on a few UK websites but it was out of stock. Your best best might be keeping an eye on ebay!
