The list of Aussie brands I'm in love with just keeps growing, MOR had my affections last month, and now I've discovered Sohum. And boy, Sohum is so yum. All Sohum products have a rather special ingredient - which might explain why I'm so enamoured with them - love is the first and last ingredient listed for all the products. An ingredient that Melbourne bases founders Jenny and Corey believe it's the most important of them all...
But what, apart from love obviously, makes Sohum so special? To start with, their Perfumettes are not only sweetly named and handbag sized, they smell beautifully moreish. Pink Frangipani is my favourite, but the £10 price tag means you can experiment - do Apple Fig and Vannila or Coconut and White Peach sound like your kind of scent?
I also tried a scoop of their Madagascan Vanilla Body Moisture Creme (£20), which is, like they say, a dessert for the skin. Vanilla is a hard scent to get right - many vanilla creams are too sweet or synthetic smelling - but Madagascan Vanilla had the perfect balance of musky and sweet and felt buttery soft on my skin.
