Foundation Special #6: Collection 2000 Smoothly Radiant Age Defying Makeup

Collection_2000_1 Where to buy: Superdrug and others.
Coverage: Light to medium - won't cover blemishes but evens out skin tone.
Finish:
Light reflecting with a soft sheen.
SPF:
Yes but not graded.
Best for:
Honey skin tones who want a light foundation that will give their skin a radiant glow. Those who want to diminish the appearance of fine lines.
Avoid if:
If you have porcelain or ivory skin tone or you want a high coverage foundation to cover blemishes. You like matte foundations.
Verdict:
Sadly I won't be buying due to the disappointing shades but a great budget foundation for those who want a skin-smoothing low-coverage glow.

I very much doubt that Collection 2000 spokesperson Nicky Hambleton-Jones is telling the truth when she says that she won't go anywhere without Collection 2000's Smoothly Radiant Foundation...

Purely because the lightest shade, 01 Soft Honey, is nowhere near light enough for her porcelain skin, so it would probably look just as orange on her as it does on me. The poor range of shades is shame, because even in the wrong shade, this foundation does make my skin look as radiant as can be. It also has pretty impressive staying power for a budget foundation. It did nothing to cover the spot that had cropped up on my forehead, but the appearance of fine lines is noticeably reduced by this light reflecting foundation. This would be a 4 out of five, but the poor shade choice brings it down to a 3. 3/5
