This is a great new initiative set up by hairdresser Trevor Sorbie for those who need to wear wigs. He started the service after recognising that the wigs that are available for women who have lost their hair, although they cost up to £1500, are often thick and unflattering, and provide extra distress for women who have already gone through Cancer treatment or suffer from Alopecia. Trevor is now training several more hairdressers who have also agreed to cut wigs for free, and support and advice is available online at mynewhair.org.
