Their Heavy Metal Glitter Liners (£11.50) are loaded with plenty of the shiny stuff, perfect for lining your lashes to give your eyes added twinkle, or, if you like the lime light, coating your whole eyelid. For a more subdued glitter liner, Bloom do a black glitter pen.
