Why is everyone surprised to find out Jade is an ignorant, bigotted, nepotistic, bitch? Everyone except for 11-14 year old girls knew this already and she was only popular with them as she showed that fat, ugly, nobodys could still get their 15 minutes of fame. The one good thing about the whole sorry episode is that we should all now be spared the horror of seeing her hideous face splattered across newspapers, magazines and second rate TV channels.

I think this whole CCBB thing is disgusting. Jade and Shilpa do not get on. FULL STOP. Why because Shilpa is Indian is this not allowed. If Shilpa was white, nothing would have been said. In the last "I'm a Celebrity Get me Out of Here", none of the other females got on with Jan Leeming, and bitched about her, but there was none of this "hoo ha".
Also why was Jermaine allowed to called Jackie "white trash" without a international incident occurring.
I don't suppose all this controversy could be to do with our "lovely future PM" Gordon Brown currently being in India - could be just me being suspicious of political tactics ...

The uproar about the whole situation is absolutely hilarious!Racism is part of life. Deal with it. Jade is mixed race for f's sake! The most annoying thing is, Shilpa stated that she didn't believe Jade was racist, but the minute she gets out of that house, she will become some bloody Racism Spokesperson to get as much attention as she can. Racism is made out to be a hell of a lot more of a problem than it is, and this makes it more ridiculus than ever. If a group of boys were playing a game in the playground and wouldn't allow a girl to play with them, would they be labelled sexist?? No. And i wholy agree with the comment above, the amount of hassle Jade will get now is pure bullying. Surely there are more important things in life to worry about than an indian star no-one had heard of before big brother experiencing bullying. She's 31, she should know better than to keep going back for more arguments. Walk away and ignore them you stupid woman.

Let me educate you, Shilpa Shetty is a very famous Indian actress who every single Asian person across this whole world will know- let me tell you that runs into millions of people. Your attitude reflects that somewhere you have racist tendencies or pure and simply just have no soul. Shilpa is 31 and she has bloody well acted her age how can she walk away when quiet clearly she has been started on however much she tries to ignore these vile animals. one more thing no we don’t have more important things to worry about then this issue because the majority of people who have witnessed this are disgusted and appalled by this behaviour and will kick up as much fuss a possible to make a stand against these bullies if you cant understand the fuss then you obviously have issues of your own that you need to get checked. p.s don’t post stupid comments on a website again you just come across as ignorant.

I think the question really is how do we get rid of the cosmetics industry, selling absolutely useless products to stupid females and males now also. And how do we get rid of the kind of news media who use Jade Goody to bring attention to their newspapers, tv screens or blogs even.
I find it really ironic that you are using JG just as the newspapers, tv, lobby groups etc have been doing in the past week. It brings traffic to your blog.
Oh yes hypocrisy and jealousy reign supreme, I'd say they top the list of human frailities, and win out over racism any day.

The whole tone and language of your comment here is vulgar, aggressive, abusive language. Who are you to lecture anyone about behaviour when you respond in this fashion.
The woman is after all only a movie star, not a deity. Get a grip. Shilpa says it is not racist, is that not acceptable? What has actually happenned is that many have projected their experiences into this; the complaints were from people outside.
I wonder if when Shilpa leaves the house, will she feel under the weight of public opinion that she then has to change tune and say, yes it was racism. And will this be about personal choice as opposed to mob-think, group-think, or the pressure from her fan base to agree with them, after all if she stays on this hymn sheet she will be letting her Asian fan base in the UK down, eh, and that won't do her bank balance any good.
Exactly who is bullying here, cos it ain't just Jade.

I make no excuses for Jade Goody but consider this:
Jade in 2002 was described in the press as a pig, baboon, hippo, elephant woman, terrifying hela-monster - based I assume on her looks, genetically inherited in part from her black grandfather. Press hypocrisy or what?

Good news if you're fed up of rubbish celeb perfumes, there's one less to worry about now. Since moving into the Celebrity Big Brother house and outing herself as a nasty (and allegedly racist) bully, Jade Goody's been in all kinds of trouble. Now TV Scoop reports that The Perfume Shop have pulled her bestselling perfume 'Shh...' from the shelves until Jade comes out the house and argues her case. Hurrah!
