You know, like when you were at school and your mate told you something oh-so-hilarious in the middle of Double Science, and you know it's one of those times where you Must Not Laugh, which makes it even more funny, and it's a huge, huge effort to stop the barrage of giggles in your throat exploding out of your mouth?
