Yay! I've used this to soothe sunburns eversince I was a kid and it's very helpful in preventing the burn from peeling, etc. I love the idea of a pcoket sized Vaseline, but I don't like the idea of having to dip your fingers on it coz our hands may not be clean all the time. They should just stick it in a tube container like what they did before.

Nay, nay, nay. All it does is create a plasticky layer on top of your lips so as to give the illusion of working, when actually you don't add any moisture at all and are therefore stuck with needing to use it forever.. Other lipbalms (my HG being body shop hemp) actually seem to penetrate and moisturise from within, thus reducing your need to use them.

Good for the hair dye trick though.

i use it with my suntan foam [fake bake] to ensure even coating.....i had a hard time with streaking...so the vaseline moisturizes and ensures even coating=]i use it under my eyes [when im short on sleep...= no puffy eyes], on my hands and feet,& elbows [to keep em soft and supple]....geez i use it on my brow bone and cheeks as a highlighter when i take pictures....[mix it in with creme blush and glitter as an eye shadow and blush] i use it on my eyebrows [with a cutip] to keep stray hairs in place....on my lips and during winter on my nose if it gets raw....

Hmm, I still use Vaseline a lot but it never seems to make my lips soft for that long. I prefer different lip balms.

Yay!!! Its so useful. Lip balm, cracked skin soother, running jell, helpful when I cant put earrings in, stops my dive knife rusting underwater, keeps the rubber o-ring on my underwater camera housing drying out and flooding my camera, good for spots, loosening stuck zips, and my favourite, I red nose saver. (When I have a cold, and blowing my nose every 2 mins, the skin on my nose becomes red raw and bleeds..... unless Vasline is applied, problem solved)
