You're probably right, I've never heard of vitamin E promoting new growth, but I try not to be cynical of every new product! I haven't had a chance to try this yet, but I'll be sure to review it if I do!

Oh, if this so worked, what a miracle product it would be. But am I the only suspicious in the "vitamin E fixes your follicles, promoting new growth." Does it really? Or is it like the plumping lip gloss that also doesn't work? Too bad it's not available in the US, but if you've had the chance to try, please tell! :)
