Last night my girlfriend and I arrived for our 6pm appointment only to be told that there was no appointment in the book, I had made the booked a month in advance. After a bit of toing and froing, they managed to get us in for half of the treatments that we had booked for ... we were given the complimentry glass of champagne with our half hour £40 manicure. This would have been fine if the manicure was of the standard that you would expect with that kind of price tag. I've had better manicures for less then half the price. I do realise that you are paying for the surroundings but to be honest neither of us were impressed enough to go back let alone recommend it to any of our girlfriends.
