Only in America would there be a summer camp dedicated to beauty. In fact only in America is there summer camps really, but there you have it. My Beauty Camp is billed as a health and beauty workshop for teenage girls, and includes sessions on make up, skin care, hair care, fashion and er, goal setting and money matters. All the girls get a goody bag with products from the camp's sponsors - which includes Stila (I'm now officially jealous) and at the end of the camp there's a photo shoot. Which is all very well, but I can't help thinking that 10 - 15 year old girls could be doing other things at camp rather than worrying about how they look.
