Kylie turned a lot of heads at Cannes, and according to some, not always in the good way. What we're interested in though is this hairdo. What is it, how on earth did it get like that (I'm guessing a lot of hairspray was involved), and do you like it? This isn't yay or nay day, but what the hell. Kylie's hair, yay or nay?
