I was a bit concerned when I read that this eye pillow was based on the principles of acupressure. But I needn't have worried - there's no needles involved (indeed that would be acupuncture). Instead, the pillow places a light, relaxing weight on your eyes, blocking out all light and calming anxiety, and reducing puffiness, eye strain and headaches in the bargain. A godsend for stressed out workers - go and hide in the stockroom with one of these!
