How to look good in Passport pictures: 5 tips!
1. Wear make up (but be selective - see no 3.) This is your chance to do some of that 'contouring' make up artists are always harping on about. Sculpt your face with bronzer, blusher and foundation. The look you're going for is neutral but remember to emphasize your features. Eyebrow pencil, eyeliner inbetween your lashes and lip stain will all leave you looking like a more defined version of yourself.
2. Concealer! Even if you don't usually need concealer to cover dark circles, whack some on. Photo machines have a habit of finding all your imperfections and making them look worse.
3. Don't wear glitter, bright colours or any shiny make up. They might look good if you're out of an evening, but in pictures they'll just make you look teenage, garish or plain reflective...
4. Ignore the trends. You have to keep this picture for ten damn years!
You'll be regretting your decision to backcomb your bonce a la
Winehouse for nine of them. Do keep your hair off your face though, otherwise your picture will be rejected.
5. Strike a pose. Sit side on (more flattering) and raise your chin and stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth to stop your chins multiplying.
