Yay or Nay: The Beehive as seen on Amy Winehouse (who else?)

Amy Winehouse has been credited with bringing the beehive back into fashion (although I'd be more inclined to call her version a birds nest) and the hairstyle has also been seen on the catwalk (like this slightly scary version on a Dior 2008 Cruise Collection model). But would you sport one In Real Life? Do you even know how?

Thanks to everyone that voted last week for Chanel's new polish shade, Tulipe Noire, the overall consensus seemed to be 'meh'. You liked it, but you didn't love it. Quote of the week comes from Lauren, who said, 'I'd think it was really classy on a grandma.' Quite.

Yay, but only on occasion. I did it once for fun, but I spent the entire next day trying to brush it apart. It looked really cute when it was up though!

YES! I think the beehive is so under-rated! Theres loads of different styles of beehive too. The beehive and the Rihanna 'bob' is in fashion in the UK at the moment.

Yay, but only if you have gloriously-thick and long hair like Amy Winehouse. I've seen that beehive of hers from slickly-coifed to utterly messy, but it always looks madly fabulous! Wish I could pull that off!
