Reading Beauty: Philip Kingsley The Hair Bible

Philip_kingsley_the_hair_bible

As the name 'Hair Bible' kind of suggests, this book covers everything to do with hair. From perming, to scalp problems, to hair twiddling, to hair psychology, every part of the hair follicle is scrutinized and  explained, before hair guru Philip Kingsley suggests his methods for getting the healthiest, shiniest, hair possible. There's also lengthily sections on hair loss, so if that's something you suffer with, this is a must-have guide.

It's not too steeply priced at £6.49, but you can also read Philip Kingsley's advice for free at the Times Online.

That is so spooky, I was looking at this online earlier today...! Is it a useful book to have, with lots of hair styling and care advice?

I am very pleased with myself, as it seems I've been doing exactly what PK says without really knowing! :]
