Review: Klorane Norishing Treatment Shampoo with Mango Butter

Klorane_mango_shampoo I've tried a few natural-ish shampoos and none of them have left me very impressed (apart from Lush shampoo and conditioner bars) but this one is top of the class! Aside from smelling totally yummy (like they stuffed several mangos in there) it's wonderful for my hair. The real test came when I went away for the weekend, packing this and forgetting my conditioner, used it after I came out of the sea, and was left with hair as detangled, silky, soft and shiny as if I had used conditioner. It was a soft water area, but still, I could never usually get away with just shampoo.  But perhaps the reason I found it better than other natural shampoos, is because it's not really natural at all...

I received this to test as part of The Green Beauty Bible tester program, which surprises me somewhat, as from the ingredients list, it's about as natural as Herbal Essences. It contains parabens, Sodium Laureth Sulfate and 'mango' is about the only word I understand on the ingredient list. But if you're just looking for a great shampoo as opposed to a great natural shampoo, it'll do you just fine.

Klorane shampoo is mid priced at £5.45, but I think it's worth it, and I'm looking forward to trying some more from the range.
