Japanese hair pin

How clever is this hair pin? I've never seen anything quite like this in the UK, and judging by the pictures alone, it seems to do quite a good job at keeping the hair in place. According to the translation, it's for those times when you've overslept and only have two minutes to do your hair. I'm not sure my hair's ever looked quite so good after two minutes (or ever would) but it's a cool idea nonetheless. For the Japanese speakers among you, here's the link.
