Review: Rhodes to Heaven The Lip Plumper 3 in 1 Plumper, Gloss and Salve
This isn't an aggressive lip plumper - there's no tingling, burning or rapid lip expansion (if that's what you're looking for, Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme should do you). Instead, it's a smooth, non-sticky salve that leaves lips with a pretty glossy sheen and an ever-so-very-slight increase in lip volume.
It comes in a handy clicky brush pen, and once I put on my first coat, I was addicted. As a result I've been obbessively applying this, so I'm not sure how long the pen will last, but that doesn't matter too much, as it's priced at an affordable £6.
Good for days when you're going for the I'm-just-naturally-gorgeous look.
