Three Vanity cases you'll actually use

I know I'm not alone in getting suckered in by the idea of twenty shades of lipgloss in one case, but so many are such appalling quality that it's best to stay away. Here's three that in theory* should actually be usable! I've tested several items from all three brands and usually they come up trumps.

1. No 7 Artists Case £50. This packs in 18 eyeshadows, 18 lip colours, 2 blushers, 2 highlighters, Intense Volume Mascara, Eyeliner and three brushes. I want it.

2. 17 Bumper Vanity Case £25. This includes a similar amount of products but being 17 rather than No 7, is half the price. Inside you'll find 12 eye colours, 6 lip colours, blusher, bronzer and pressed powder, volume mascara, 4 makeup brushes, 4 nail colours, emery boards and 2 toe separators. This is a much better buy than anything from companies with names like 'The Colour Institute'...

3. Ruby and Millie Vanity Bag £35. This comes with a nice case that is easy to reuse however you please, and is pre-packed with 8 eye colours, 4 lip colours, mascara, eyeliner, a pencil sharpener, eyelash curlers and three makeup brushes.

* Unless they use that sneaky trick of not using their usual formulas for Christmas sets. Grrr!
