Comprising of foundation, concealer, power finish, blush it's all supposed to go on feeling cool and fresh, and provide sheer-but-with-a-glow coverage.
It sounds, and looks, lovely, so I'm hoping I'll happen upon a rare stockist of Ms. Brill's stuff soon so I can try it all out!
