Paula Begoun's Best of Beauty 2007

Paula Bengoun has published her latest Best of Beauty report, pulling together all the products she's found to be scientifically excellent and that actually work, over the last year. I can't say I agree with all her choices, but it's definitely an interesting read, and way more informed than any beauty awards you might read in a magazine.
