Phil Smith Dry Clean Shampoo
Dry Shampoo seems to be the hair product du jour with everybody from The Guardian to Grazia listing it in their new year hot lists. It's the perfect party girl accessory as provides you with the gift of an extra day without washing your hair (the third day in my case). I introduced my fellow campers to it at Glastonbury although many have now adopted it as a form of normal life washing!
With other brands I have a problem with dry shampoo leaving visible white powder on your hair, this is particularly a problem for people with dark hair. However, I recently began using Phil Smith's Dry Clean Shampoo (£2.99 at Sainsbury's) and it doesn't seem to leave a residue. It's really easy to use and not only makes your hair look clean it also gives it a nicer texture. It's perfect for use at the end of work before heading to a party. I will no longer be leaving home without a bottle of this in my bag!
