Sping 2008 #12: Chanel
How gorgeous is this Chanel model? Very, I think you'll agree. Still, has she convinced me to invest in the new Spring collection from Chanel? Well, maybe - as it's also rather gorgeous. The camellia flowers we saw in the autumn/winter collection are back, but this time they're eyeshadows, rather than lipsticks. There's also a new eyeshadow quartet in Bleu Celestes (as seen on the model) which goes rather wonderfully with the much-hyped new deep navy polish shade Blue Satin. It might surprise you, given the hype, that there's actually three other new polishes out with this collection...

Also out now are Rose Satin, a pure pink, White Satin, a lustrous white, and Azur, a light sparkling blue.
I won't bore you with the details of every item in the new collection, but a final product of note is the Le Blanc De Chanel Sheer Illuminating Base - a primer that also adds subtle contours and radiance to the face a la Prescriptives' Magic Illuminating Potion.
As always, the UK Chanel site is way behind and is still showing the Christmas collection, so you're best off checking out the US Chanel site if you want a closer look.
