Spring 2008 #7: Shu Uemura Rebirth

Shu Uemura's Rebirth collection is their 126th Mode collection - wowzers, that's a lot of collections! This time around Mr Uemura took inspiration from the purity, energy and innocence of the spring season, using a combination of soft and vivid hues and a leaf motif to symbolise the revitalization of nature (or something like that). If the green and yellow shades in the promo image scare you, fear not, there's much more wearable shades like lilac shadow and pinky beige nail polish too.

all very nice but not as wearable as I'd hoped. Unless jaundice is a workable look. (Dark skin and yellow don't normally go together.)
