OK, the lyrics may remain as teen angsty as ever, but considering Avril is now all grown up, complete with requisite blonde hair, plumped lips and a streak of pink in her hair (rebellious, y'know?). Jumping on the celeb bandwagon of merchandising everything about herself, she's now decided to get into the scent business, joining the likes of Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, JLO, and, uh, Kathy Hilton.
She's just filed an application with the US Patent and Trademark Office for “Fragrances and perfumery, aftershave, pre-shave, bath oil, bath soap, shower gel, body shampoo, deodorant for personal use, tissues impregnated with cosmetic lotions, bath crystals, bath milks, dusting powder, body lotion, body splash, body cream, hand lotion and talc". Next step, she'll have to decide on a bottle shape, then the advertising, and then the smell. We can't wait.
