tresemme1.jpgI've used loads of different shampoos and conditioners on my hair, but one brand I go back to again and again when money is tight is TRESemme. Managing to be both affordable and good quality, the range is brilliant if you're on a budget but still want soft, shiny hair. I was recently to strip the semi-permanent colour out of my hair ready for a permanent change, and the 'Vitamin C deep cleansing shampoo' was a godsend in doing that gently. Now that everything seems to be formulated for coloured or dry hair, it's surprisingly difficult to find a clarifying shampoo that'll remove build-up and give you a really squeaky clean finish, but this one definitely does the job. For super softness, the vitamin E enriched 'Moisture Rich' conditioner is fantastic, and because it's so cheap (RRP £2.99 for 500ml, but usually on special offer) you can use it by the bucketload on dry hair. I hoard the freebie sachets from magazines to take away on trips - much easier than carrying bottles, and the amount of mags I buy I can quickly collect enough for a week away!
