Our favorite Mumsy Wumsy, Britney Spears, got in yet another car crash this weekend. I know, I know. I thought she had a driver now, too, but obviously, girlfriend decided it would be better to not only drive herself around - but to apply makeup while driving. TMZ reports that right before she caused the caused a three car crash, she was "driving the same way most women in L.A. do -- putting on her makeup behind the wheel!".
Now, as stupid/entertaining as this story is, it brings up a much more important question:
