Every year The Vegetarian Society award retailers, manufacturers and caterers in order to promote integrity and good practice in the vegetarian market place.
Amongst this year's categories is 'Best Vegetarian Beauty Product' a category promoting the best products that are not tested on animals and do not use animal by products. With natural, organic beauty products being all the rage at the moment, there are plenty to choose from. My favourites include Lush's Ocean Salt Scrub and Dr Hauschka's soon to be cult classic, Rose Day Cream Light.
