So, it's been four days on the Weight To Go system. How have I fared so far? There's been temptation, there's been free alcohol (turned down) and there's been blistering heat. Here's my diary of how I've fared so far...

Day 2:

2pm.Really struggling, it's super hot outside and I want an ice lolly! Slightly cheat when a nice man hands me a free Nescafe latte, but manage to only have 3 gulps before throwing it out. Shakes are tricky to make at work- no ice cubes! Not giving up though. Cheated slightly and had a Rowntree's fruit pastille lolly, but twas only 70kcal!


Day 3:

Tried a banana shake today, and found it surprisingly good. had been a bit nervous of that favour and was sticking only to vanilla and chocolate! Liking the thickness of the shake, quite surprised at how tasty it is considering it's only water and powder! Meeting friends for drinks tonight, but planning to stick to diet coke.. again. Managed 50 minutes of cardio at the gym though, so feeling really positive.

Day 4:

Today!! I'm feeling really, really tired. Had a shake for breakfast and been chugging diet coke for energy. I also had one of their snack bars for extra energy as so lethargic, maybe because it's so hot, or maybe the restrictive intake. On the plus side I've lost 3 pounds so far.. in 3 days!! I know it's probably water weight but it's enough incentive to keep going! Check in next week for the verdict!
