I'm sure you've been reading with interest all my trials on the Weight To Go system, but the burning question you're dying to ask is if it worked. Well never fear my pretties, I shall reveal all.
In total I lost 3.2 pounds and 1% of Body Fat in a week. I didn't feel hungry, and apart from a couple aberrations (of the ice cream kind) I stuck faithfully to the diet. My clothes feel a little looser and I've had complimentary comments, but best of all my whole mood has improved! I've finally seen that I can lose weight, and a week without bingeing is bliss! Whilst this diet couldn't work long term it's a great way to kick start a healthy eating regime, and the food offered is very tasty (My favourite would be the vanilla milkshakes, very yummy).

Here's an average daily menu:.
Breakfast: 1 shake + portion of fruit
Lunch: 1 soup
Mid Afternoon: 1 shake
Dinner: 1 meal + 1 portion of vegetables
After Dinner: 1 shake
Add 1-2 chocolate snack bars if you're tired/hungry.
Plus unlimited diet drinks, black coffee, fruit tea.
It costs £55 for one week, which is pretty reasonable as that's only a bit more than weekly shop, and it really fills you up. My colleague taste tested the meat options and she was a bif=g fan of the Pasta Bolognaise (difficult to make tasty in the microwave). I like the fact that everything is prepared for you, and no measuring or weighing is involved.
