We all know that we should cleanse and tone, trim our cuticles and brush our hair 100 times a day (OK, that one's an old wives tale) but do we always do that? I have to admit that I don't always practice what I preach, and will now reveal my deepest darkest beauty sins. But before you get to judgmental, I'm sure you recognize some of them yourselves!
Number One: Not always using suncream
Yes I know this is a terrible crime, but in my justification, my moisturizer and foundation both contain SPF so I normally think that's enough. On holiday I'm never without it, but I don't wear it daily in the UK.
Number Two: Not trimming split ends
Yes, I know they look healthier when it's smooth and shiny, with no loose straggly bits but to me length equals pretty, so I'd rather have them straggly and long than short and glossy.
Number Three: Flossing
You're supposed to do this twice a day, but it's 2-3 times a week for me if I'm lucky. Don't grimace to much please!
Number Four: Not cleaning my make up brushes regularly
I don't have any excuse here as I have a fabulous brush cleaner from Clinique, so I guess I'm just lazy.
Number Five: Wet wipes
They don't cleanse that thoroughly but they're soo convenient if I've come in after a night on the tiles.
