Kate Middleton
A classic beauty with long brown locks charmingly curled. Her foundation is simple and matte, though elements of shine are coming through on her forehead (blotting papers recommended).
She kips her lips neutral and fresh with what looks like a light tinted lip balm and perfectly polished molars. Her face is framed by thick groomed eyebrows and her eyes coated with a kohl liner and topped with mascara. It's a great tousled fresh faced look
Chelsy Davy
OK, I admit it, I do shave a soft spot fro blondes and her tresses really are perfectly coiffed, sleek and straight. I like the light pink lips, and her groomed brows and her use of blush is slightly divine. As to the eyes, well this girl really knows how to work it!
She's outlined her inner ad outer eye with black liner and highlighted her brow bone with a hint of white pearlescent. Her looks is extremely glamorous, and she definitely knows her way around a cosmetic counter!
The Winner is...
It has to be Chelsy as her grooming is far superior to Kate. Kate honey, get some powder and then it would have been a bigger battle.
