I normally opt for volumizing mascaras with uber thick brushes and wide wands. This has none of those factors, but I must admit to being pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mascara. I tried Collection 2000's new Magi-Length mascara (available October) in Ultra Black . It will also be available in black shimmer as well.
It applies really easily with the wand coating the lashes from root to tip. Two coats is best if you're opting for a really dramatic look, and I loved how my lashes went really long, and not too spidery. The wand holds a lot of colour as well, so you don't need to pump it and the thin plastic end separates as well as coats them individually.
It will retail fr £4.99 in October, and has really impressed me. If Collection 2000 are going to start pulling gems like this out their hat, I think they'll start being a brand to watch out for.
