River Island Chic perfume lets you smell like your favourite store

Riv Island chic.jpg

I realize this is not a new perfume but the fact that it exist at all surprises me. Perfumes and stores have been join forces for a while now, after all there's a Zara perfume( no relation to me), and a Guess perfume, so River Island creating 'Chic' shouldn't be an unusual step. What is odd thought that they're trying to sell the scent by not telling you ANYTHING about it, no notes, flowers etc, just that it's from River Island.

I love the store, and have quite a few dresses and bags from them, but none of those items suggest a brand smell. So what do you think it will be like? Mysterious and dark? Fruity and fun? Floral and fresh? How do you choose a scent for a brand, and what does it mean when you do? You can buy it for £7.99 from River Island- if you've tried it let me know! (and yes, I think the packaging is very FlowerBomb as well).

Hi there.
Just thought i'd respond to your review on Chic perfume from river island.
I actually still have it on right now. It is alot heavier than what i expected (i dunno guess the packaging suggested a lighter floral scent) I would say a soft white musky kinda smell. To be honest the perfume that springs to mind is D&G in the silver bottle. It smells just like that.
Hope that helps?
Golden.
