Now I'm a big Lily Allen fan so I really wanted to like this look. Fuschia lips have been a big hit this year, so I was hopeful she'd be able to pull them off. But, and here's a big but, I don't think she did. Quite apart from the fact that she has lovely but OTT smokey eyes (far to much going on) the colour simply doesn't suit her and the neon shade is Fugly! But that's my opinion- what do you think?
