What is this we spy? A banjo for the head? A modern torture device? No, it's a kenzan, a tool that's more commonly used in FLOWER ARRANGING! Here the spikes have been reversed and used to rub along the head to create a stimulating massage. It's $44 from Japan Trend Shop and would no doubt attract attention. I'm not convinced- would you use it?
