Product review: Mama Mio Bootcamp for Boobs

bcampboobsfface1c.jpeg

I've been feeling like my body could do with some R&R recently, so I decided to try out the Mam Mio Bootcamp for Boobs programme. Party season is almost upon us and if I want to bare my chest in this seasons party dresses I need a decolletage to be proud of, I want perky, firm and fabulous, so I started on their 30 day programme. The kit comes packaged in a very stylish box with two large bottles, the Boob Tube cream and the Tummy Toner lotion.

Both need to be applied twice a day to the skin and sink in very easily. The Boob Tube includes shea butter, avocado oil and sweet almond oil and feels really nice on the skin, with added CoQ10 boosting cell regeneration , which leaves the boob area feeling very tingly.

I liked that you also got the Tummy Toner in the pack, after all, what good is a great chest if you're to shy to wear tight fitting outfits? It can be used anywhere which is nice, so hips, thighs and anywhere you want a little lift can benefit from this non greasy cream. They've included hyaluronic acid which is important as it helps the ingredients penetrate further and is great on the stomach- or on the neck as an extra boost.

What I really like about this kit is that is comes with its very own exercise guide! Sure the creams smell lovely and sink nicely into the skin, but as we all know, they can only do so much, and the fact that they come with laminated exercises is a really lovely touch. Not only did I get two useful step by step exercises in this kit (the fly and push ups) there's also information about the muscles. I like how you get a diagram of the pectorals so you can really see what you're working, and the exercises are designed to be done with limited space, so bathrooms are a go-area,

It costs £65 from Mama Mio and I found it really makes a difference. Maybe it was just the exercise bit the chest area definitely seems perkier.. and softer. An all round winner!
