This mascara has all the necessary ingredients for happy eyes. 99% natural ingredients combined with a thin comb like wand makes for happy healthy, wide awake looking lashes. It's easy to apply as the wand is very slim, and it layers just the right amount of colour to give each lash a natural look. It's made up of at least 36.4% plant based active ingredients, which I guess is a positive thing, and the water based formula is very gentle on the eyes. They didn't irritate my contacts at all, and the colour lasted all day without smudging.
On the downside it's quite a subtle effect (OK, you should have gathered that from the title) so you may want to use a more dramatic massacre for a night out. It costs £12.95 from Love Lula and I'm a big fan of the packaging- very classy looking in muted copper casing with white flower embellishments. And it's refillable as well. Yes, you read that right. That means when you're done with your product you can simply buy a refill, and reload the colour, whilst not wasting the metallic casing. Every one's a winner!
