myface.cosmetics cater to your exact skintone
Everyone has endured that awful moment when they realize they're wearing the wrong shade of foundation. It may have looked great in the neon lights of the shop, but on the street they have to admit that they're looking rather Dale Winton. They may have resigned themselves to the fact that they'll make some bad shade choices, but help is at hand, with the fab new range Myface.cosmetics. It's created by world renown makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury (who can be found gracing the backstage rooms of many a fashion show). She's created the range to cater to all skin types, and has made it super easy to find your perfect match by categorizing the products into three sections- fair, medium and medium/dark.
The range incorporates reasonably priced quality products, all which have extra special touches to make them truly covetable. Every blush has a mirror hidden in the lid, as do the eye shadows, which make them really easy to apply on the go, and the quality of the brushes is excellent- which is very unusual for compacts.
Each range caters specifically to skin types, with the fair range being suitable for women who have pink undertones and burn in the sun. They're clearly labelled, and it's not a one size fits all policy, as the Fair range includes three shades of foundation, , powder and concealer, and there are a wide of variety of blushers to suit every complexion.
I love how the packaging manges to be stylish yet simplistic and it also includes some to die for eyeshadows. The shadows are categorized into blingtones and soulful shades, so you can opt for neutral or naughty, and they're designed to complement each other, so you can contour and define with them. The blingtones include a special glitzy shade which gives a foil like coverage, that Charlotte worked especially hard on.
'I struggled to get the perfect balance between pearl and pigment without using the typical mica so the results would look polished but never cheap'. At under £10 for every product in the range, I'd say she succeeded!
