First off, I'm going to be straight with you, despite the title, I hate the term 'on the go' as it implies all sorts of slapdashery that I'm simply not comfortable with. But there's no getting around it- that's what these cards are, and I am slightly enamoured with them.
You're basically purchasing a pack of playing cards, which have images on. You can opt for the diet pack, or choose the Exercise pack, and this is where the genius lies.
Every single card features a different stretch or arm exercise there are 54 exercises in total. The idea is that every exercise can be done anywhere- so there's no need for gym equipment or dumbbells, just a little bit of space and a good sports bra,
What you should do is shuffle the 54 cards, then draw them out and plan your routine in that manner- so you get a different workout every time. The idea is that you take around a minute to complete each exercise, so if you add in five minutes for the warm up and cool down you've done an hour of training. naturally you can vary the routine depending on your time constraints, so you can enjoy a wide variety of workouts from one little pack.
The diet cards include a choice of breakfast, lunch , supper and snack food plans as well as 'post workout ' meals for when you're feeling extra hungry. They're a great tool to help you kick start a new routine and will hopefully help you learn some good habits and new stretches!
Pocket Fit cards costs £7.99 a pack.
