Spray tans are famous for giving a fantastic all over golden glow without streaks, but with that smooth even glow comes a big downside, the chemical stink of the DHA ingredient used to make you turn mocha.
Cucumba Salon is now offering spray tans that not only turn your favourite Starbucks drink (tall skinny caramel latte), but make you smell good as well.
They've combined their tanning agents with a variety of aromatic scents, and you can mix and match the shades desired with the aromas to have you looking and smelling delicious.
Once I'd stripped down to the requisite paper knickers, I shivered in the spray tan booth- a pop up black tent. The lovely therapist helped me choose the colours I wanted to go, and I opted for a mixture of Celebrity and Chocolate tan to make me a lovely golden brown.
Then we got to the fun part- choosing the scent of my tan! The scented Tans incorporate aromatherapy elements where as well as tanning solution they add drops of scent to make you look and smell divine.
I opted for the linen scent, a fresh fruity flavour and stood back and let the therapist rip with the spray gun. Top to toe took around ten minutes and it dried really quickly. Twenty four hours later I was a lovely shade of brown and the colour stayed for abut a week.
