Punk with attitude. 70s glam rocker. Mysterious goth. Electro Boy/Girl. Even a brief but convincing appearance as an Amy Winehouse impersonator. Vince Noir, also known as comedian Noel Fielding, is all of these things and more. The androgynous tornado of fashion that has been inspiring the minds, hearts and hair of a nation since he first appeared on BBC3's The Mighty Boosh in 2004 in a cloud of hairspray, glitter, lipgloss, flares, and copies of "Cheekbone" magazine. "I like wearing makeup. It makes you prettier" says Noel. He's right!

1. King of the Mods and Goth Juice, two Lush haircare products inspired by the man himself, and probably your best shot at getting that super-volume Noir barnet. Both £6.80.
2. Urban Decay eyeshadow in "Uzi" (£11). Silver eyeshadow with iridescent glitter. Perfect for that ultra-glam mirrorball look on your eyelids.
3. MAC C-Thru Lipglass in Secret Crush (£10.28) for a subtle rosy shine a la Noir.
4. Benefit's "Bad Gal" eyeliner (£12.50) - a must for defining that cheeky glance.
5. Finally, Illamasqua's "Boosh" nail polish (£12.50) - black high-shine lacquer that's tenacious, distinctive and sure to turn heads... just like its namesake.
