Hello lovelies. Summer is peeking around the corner, and in the next two month as I have TWO weddings to look forward to. Whilst that's not an ideal situation by any means, the ones I'm going to add a whole extra element of body anxiety- one is held on a beach in California (oh dear) and the other one features university friends and old boyfriends pouting in tuxedos.
Hence I must be in the best shape possible, and seeing as I'm carrying an extra ten pounds I need something to kick start me into shape. Last year I visited the new You Bootcamp, and now I'm going to try the Ultimate Bootcamp, to try and whittle away that layer of chocolate round my midriff.
I realize I'm letting myself in for intense cardio workouts, 5 am wake up calls, and an equipment list that requires walking shoes, waterproofs and a bikini, but it's not all punishing walks in the rain. The aim of the ultimate Bootcamp is to be a 'Boot-ique camp' experience, so think constant cardio mixed in with yoga sessions in luxury accommodation with low calorie professionally prepared cuisine.
I'll be put through my paces by Marine Physical Training Instructors (who will hopefully be cute) and my goal is to tone up, lose some weight and get some healthy eating habits- possible in four days right?
