Do you remember the days when everything from the Body Shop came in bottles with plain green labels on the front? Or when the Impulse bodyspray logo was made up of lots of tiny butterflies? Or when Lush was Cosmetics to Go? Then there were those endless jars of sticky goop you could buy to put in your hair for 50p a throw...and did you ever own the Twighlight Teaser lipstick from Boots 17? I didn't, but I do remember my feelings of joy when I finally bagged myself a pair of crimpers...
Sadly, I've thrown out most of my old beauty kit from the 80s, as the stuff doesn't keep. But I so wish I'd kept hold of some of the packaging.
