Forgive me for going a bit plum crazy, but the colour is such a perfect companion to everything about this time of year that I can't help it: the darker clothes, the ripening fruit: it's an age-old harvest time colour that we gravitate towards in autumn.
Earlier in the week we looked at dusky purple nail polishes (and I need to add that I've since tried Ciate Paint Pots' Cabaret and Nails Inc's Miami Purple, both of which get a beautifully polished thumbs-up from me) but I've since discovered this fabulous 'plum' version of Benefit's Bad Gal Lash mascara - one of the best fuller-lash mascaras I've ever tried. It's normally around £14, but you can get this juicy shade for just £12.78 at Debenhams. Yum!
